Cherubino Ovale Gin Gin Wilyabrup Chardonnay

Larry Cherubino Wines Cherubino Ovale Gin Gin Wilyabrup Chardonnay is sourced from Willows Vineyard at Wilyabrup in Margaret River. All the fruit is Gin Gin clone Chardonnay.

The grapes are whole bunch pressed directly to two thirds new French oak barrels for natural fermentation. Only a small portion completes full malolactic fermentation. After nearly a year in oak, the wine is bottled.

Straw green, Larry Cherubino Wines Cherubino Ovale Gin Gin Wilyabrup Chardonnay has citrus flavours, ample texture and long, fine acidity. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
